COVID-19

We were overwhelmed by everyone’s KINDNESS the past few years. As we move into the new normal, let’s keep that kind community spirit going and roll with the punches!

We promise to put together a safe event and will need to rely on all of you to help make this possible through our golden rule: BE NICE.

  • If you see someone wearing a mask, give them some space and they’ll return the favor.
  • We encourage all attendees to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • If you are sick or have recently been exposed to someone who is sick, stay home.
  • In order to give us all a little more room to roam, ticket sales will be capped.
  • Even though all we want to do is give each and every single one of you a huge bear hug, we’ll work to include no- and low-touch options throughout our operations as possible.
  • Additional handwashing and sanitizer stations will be available throughout the festival grounds and campground as well as enhanced surface sanitization protocols.
  • We understand that best practices are changing rapidly and we are prepared to make adjustments as necessary.
  • Sadly, we will have to cancel our (official) kissing booth.
We are working hand in hand with our Local Emergency Planning Committee leaders along with state health officials to ensure that our operations are safe and responsible. We aim to set a benchmark for safety and transparency through our protocols and communication. Should new challenges occur, we will be sharing more details on what to expect as attendees and we thank you for your patience.

As our dear friend Holly Williams recently shared:
“Let’s saturate the dark with the light, and do the littlest things we can to make the littlest moments just a little bit better for whomever you can. Including yourself. People need you. You need you.”
